Thank you for visiting and shopping on www.lunoxcosmetics.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary, but generally all orders are shipped within 10 business days. Delays in delivery may occasionally occur.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Currently, Lunox Cosmetics only ships to physical addresses within Italy. We do not ship to PO Boxes (P.O. Boxes).

4. Confirm Shipping and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

Lunox Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order outside the European Union. All charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, duties, etc.).

6. Danni

Lunox Cosmetics is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a complaint.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship to Italy and European Union countries.

8. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over €40.
